Adotping/Purchasing an older dachshund can be a great alternative to purchasing a puppy for those who
prefer not to do the “puppy thing” with all the chewing and special need of growing up.
Here at Vom Daxi Haus, we occasionally place our young/adults in homes where they can be “Top Dog” after retirement from showing/breeding, or in the event they show signs of a health issue that would preclude them from breeding or being bred. Any/All heath issues will be made know to you prior to purchasing a lildoxis young/adult. All lildoxis will be up to date on all shots as well as being Micro Chipped There are times when an older adult coming from us may not be “housebroken”, however …contrary to popular belief, an older adult is much easier to potty train than a young puppy.
All young/adults on this page are placed on a strict spay/neuter policy….. When time allows, the Spay or
Neuter will be completed prior to your lildoxis coming home. Feel free to inquire.

Moosie is a son to our Mascot. Moosie is 22 lbs and is a big teddy bear. Moosie will be netured before he leaves us for his new home. He is up to date on all of his shots, is micro chipped, and gets along very well with males and females. He is a good boy who has no quirk or vices. He is just a big teddy bear needing his very own lap to call his own.
